Global Solution Architect – Remote

As a Global Solution Architect you will:
Represent Broadcom as the technical expert, trusted advisor and solution evangelist to our largest global prospects and customers.
Support sales team with sales strategy, opportunity qualification and deal execution
Partner with the sales team to be the senior technical contact for the customer throughout the sales cycle and successfully engage, influence and consult C Level executives.
Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers current environment, uncover technical latent and known pain and align the pain to business objectives
Architect and deliver high level technical vision, creating a journey from current situation to a positive future state
Co-ordinate and manage demonstrations, POV’s and technical wins with the assigned territory or partner team
Understand wider technical & market trends and build thought leadership to promote the value stream in relation to these trends.
Builds and delivers thought leadership presentations at Broadcom and industry events
Act as a “Feature Sponsor” on new features and functions to ensure they meet emerging market needs
Participate in PI discussions, providing structured feedback on feature gaps and customer needs through real-world insights.
Provide field-experience insights to help promote stronger alignment between product messaging and real-world customer situations
Provide expert insights in supporting the creation of marketing content
Provide enablement and technical knowledge transfer to the wider technical community in order to raise technical standards
Provides coaching, mentorship and enablement to the territory team across product, sales acumen and best practices.
To qualify for this position, you will:
Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 12 years in your specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT, not just as a vendor in sales or services.
Customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Effectively articulate and present well in front of both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Desire to understand and evangelize Broadcom’s distinct differentiators.
Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.
Devotion to continual personal development, customer service, and follow-up.
The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required.
The ability to work with and navigate a variety of internal groups.
An understanding of all Broadcom and competitor’s solutions within your specific domain.
Travel required as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $106,900 - $171,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
