Duties: Analyze new application functionality and requested business requirements for Citi's Recovery & Resolution Planning (R&RP) Information System (aka "Rosetta"); interpreting the business parlance into technical requirements and the estimated level of effort required for implementation via compliant Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Create design solutions for AbInitio Extract Transform and Load (ETL) & Reporting and define scope, appropriate SDLC delivery methodology and release plan for independent execution by the development team. Ensure all mission critical development efforts as defined by the R&RP Office, are implemented according to program timelines, requirements, and federal regulations with JIRA project tracking for corresponding epics, stories, tasks and defects. Perform technical gap analysis for all raised client requirements, and coordinate all development design, testing (Systems Integration Testing / User Acceptance Testing) (SIT/UAT) and implementation requirements with dedicated development team. Conduct investigations and perform triage management across all active environments to resolve related issues. Ensure the stability, accessibility, and integrity of the application by engaging with various Operational Units (e.g., Production Support, Data Sourcing Teams, Business Teams) for monthly cycle adjustments, data source processing, and post load validation completion to meet established SLA expectations. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) input and feedback to Rosetta Operations Team and R&RP Central Planning Team(s) regarding Resolution Planning business rules integrity for yearly SR14-01 RP regulatory submission. Engage with Internal Audit (IA) to address technical inquiries and provide/present detailed responses related to R&RP Information System data modeling, data acquisition, transformation, data base loading, report processing and all related automation components and/or policies and procedures. Deliver Franchise Critical Application (FCA) Rules, Policy, and Procedures Standards (Volume Testing, Data Recovery/Corruption Testing, Table-Top validation). Engage with Infrastructure Teams to investigate and remediate Technology Server Software Vulnerabilities, and with System Administrators regarding End-of-Vendor Support (EOVS) exposures. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Liaising with internal business clients to qualify application development and implementation requirements using Java for User Interface (UI), ETL Abinitio and Reporting to address regulatory directives and/or commitments; Troubleshooting application performance issues in the production ETL, reporting components and assessing qualify performance improvement options to overcome time consuming processes and performance degradation; Facilitating code quality reviews including PL SQL/ Unix scripts with development team members to ensure compliance and adherence to standards, optimal design efficacy and achievement of solution requirements; Engaging with multiple technology teams during Continuity-of-Business/Disaster & Data Recovery (CoB/DR) Volume Testing cycles to successfully execute and produce required evidence/artifacts to meet Business Continuity guidelines and regulatory OCC standards; and Configuring new or investigating existing secured data file transfer mechanisms from different applications (SFTP/IBM-NDM). 40 hrs./wk.
