Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
  • Communicate resolutions to clients
  • Inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
  • Attend a variety of customer support activities related to Citi's main cash management system called CitiDirect
  • Conduct individual trainings and webinars on how to use CitiDirect

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Russian and fluent English language knowledge
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Analytical skills including investigative mindset, problem-solving and a keen eye to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office literacy (word, excel etc.) and basic technical savviness
  • Command of Hungarian language will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under limited supervision within a team environment
