As a Senior Product Associate in the Partner Channel, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create executive presentations and stakeholder updates in collaboration with the Partner Channel Product Owner.
  • Execute the product discovery framework, manage discovery efforts, and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
  • Partner with Partner Channel Area Product Owners on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis to inform their vision and long-term planning.
  • Advance the CCB Product Engagement Model and drive adoption of Partner Channel capabilities and services across CCB.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Partner with colleagues across Benefits & Rewards to deliver cross-B&R strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development and reporting of product-level objectives and key results (OKRs) to identify and quantify product-level impact.
  • Assist the Partner Channel Product Owner with the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to scope and structure complex problems, apply creative thinking, and develop solutions in a hypothesis-driven and iterative process.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in instruction; can own and advance complex projects end-to-end.
  • Can develop strong client relationships, collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, and lead and influence without having positional authority.
  • Highly skilled in building and presenting executive-level slides using PowerPoint and in advanced financial modeling using Excel.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm preferred.
