Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement the SAP Retail Sales and Distribution (SD) module to meet business needs as part of an Order to Cash team
- Define and document Order to Cash business processes using SAP SD
- Define and document functional and technical specifications for SAP SD business processes
- Perform Business Process Re-engineering for sales processes using knowledge of SAP SD
- Lead Implementation workshops related to SAP SD
- Plan, execute and document SAP SD configuration
- Work as part of an Order-to-Cash team to resolve SAP issues and implement changes
- Define and develop test cases for Order to Cash processes
- Work in an Agile team structure and use agile product for managing work (e.g. Jira)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of SAP SD module with 10 years experience in a Retail environment
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support
- Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams
