Job Responsibilities
- Work with the development team to ensure merged changes are packaged and deployed continuously on the Sandboxes and Production.
- Support the team in resolving and deploying the fixes by guiding them with platform related issues, sharing the details of failure with respective developers for resolution.
- Support the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
- Provide ongoing business support to the users for the CRM platform.
- Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
- Work with Tech Leads to implement best practices and strategy to enable seamless CI/CD framework development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Devops.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce admin concepts.
- Able to create and maintain pipelines and branches as per branching strategy defined.
- Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile environment.
- Able to guide developers with deployment related activities and support them in identifying any platform related issues during deployment and validations.
- Experience in Continues delivery and Continuous Integration Tools (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket ,SFDX).
- Experience in Sandbox Management related activities.
- Understanding of the salesforce concepts and business process to better align changes to the CRM platform.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Willingness to learn and explore other cutting edge technologies relevant for the product development.
- Exposure to banking/financial domain especially in risk reporting is a plus
