- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Manage team of 7-10 engineers with different level of Seniority
2. Set and manage team's deliverables and growth by working with each individual
3. Extensive collaboration and constant engagement with partner teams across US, Amsterdam and Brazil locations
4. Develop deep technical understanding of the platform and be able to represent the team in technical discussions without engineers. You are expected to be hands-on manager
5. Create vision for the team aligned to company goals and deliver on the promise by conceptualizing projects to final high quality delivery.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

1. 4+ years of experience managing team of engineers and/or managers
2. Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or affiliated majors.
3. Proven track record of delivering complex cross-team projects with company wide impact
4. Hands-on understanding of the systems and architecture. Deep technical expertise on their domain/system.
5. Strong collaboration skills to represent the team across the company with crisp communication and stakeholder management

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Experience in payments domain
2. Strong experience in building large scale platforms for high throughput use cases with strong consistency
