This job interacts with internal stakeholders to monitor support for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will resolve complex employee life cycle inquiries, audit and maintain data quality, and develop process documentation. Additionally, you will manage leave of absence cases, provide guidance on health matters, propose improvements to policies, and support wellness programs to reduce absenteeism.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal stakeholders to monitor support provided to employees and managers and ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Resolve complex employee life cycle inquiries and issues, audit and maintain data quality in various systems, develop process documentation, and support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Audit, analyze, and maintain the overall quality of data in various systems
- Create process documents, training materials, and work instructions
- Proactively manage LOA cases to ensure required support for employees and managers
- Work with Occupational health and other providers to provide guidance to managers on health and sickness matters
- Continuously propose ways to improve existing policies and procedures
- Support the development of programs to promote wellness and reduce absenteeism across sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
