Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day payroll operations for a set of assigned countries
- Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
- Review and keep the documentation of internal procedures and business requirements up-to-date
- Ensure proper implementation of global payroll controls and standards
- Serve as subject matter expert for payroll processes within the team
- Interact with key stakeholders and internal/external partners effectively
- Manage and report control issues with transparency
Ideal background:
- 5+ years of experience in a related role
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Hungarian payroll knowledge is an advantage
