Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Create and optimize web experiences that drive outcomes aligned with key business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and business stakeholders to craft and execute effective web strategies.
- Take initiative to relentlessly optimize web experiences using data analysis, user research, and experimentation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and SEO research to inform strategy and maintain an up-to-date, high-performing sitemap.
- Establish baseline performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
- Hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics & Google analytics
- Ability to lead a local team and collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Masters in marketing, advertising or design
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
- Experience with SEO and platforms like AHREFs, Clearscope, and BrightEdge
