Your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and objectives as they relate to JE products. Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet those requirements.
- Customize and configure our product solutions to meet customer specifications and integrate them into the customer’s existing systems.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, ensuring they understand how to maximize the value of our products.
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements, contributing to product improvement and development.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Gather feedback from customers, analyze trends, and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks or Solid Edge Preferred)
- Familiarity/ experience with motors, motor controls, motion systems.
- Familiarity with basic electronics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
