The Senior Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs forthe Internal Audit organization. The Senior Manager will be required to develop an in-depth understanding of how Internal Audit contributes to achieving the objectives of the function and address those needs via leveraging existing solutions and the development and delivery of targeted learning solutions that are aligned to Internal Audits strategic priorities.
