Develops, recommends and implements processes and controls to facilitate firms and/or business unit compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) rules and regulations
Monitors and analyzes transactions to validate appropriateness of activities
Confirms employees have received appropriate testing and have qualifications related to AML regulation
Additional duties as assigned
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Previous relevant KYC experience
English 90% (written and oral)
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Customer service experience is required
Organization
Previous Experience minimum with frauds, processes, Documentation and data analysis, customer service.
Analytical and communication skills; with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions.
Attention to detail and ability to work under high-volume workload, prioritizing in an effective manner.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management and other teams across the unit.
