Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with Linux/Unix or Windows systems from Kernel to Shell, file systems and client-server protocols.
Experience working with customers to know their security posture and security strategy.
Ability to work differing shifts and non-standard work hours.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in Security such as Security+, CEH, CISM, CISSP.
Experience administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless, and network monitoring tools.
Experience using techniques such as packet capture/packet analysis, artificial packet creation, load testing, and traffic path analysis to troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, and other performance issues at the packet level.
Experience working with big data and/or data analytics solutions.
Understanding of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP).
