As Executive Assistant you will be an integral part of our business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. You will provide administrative support to Service Line Executives and the wider team. This position is based in our Trinidad location and will operate within our physical office space.

You will use your experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and practices to provide administrative support to a variety of executives within the EY network. You will also provide administrative support to service line or engagement-specific teams, always observing a strict level of client confidentiality. You will adapt solid working knowledge of the firm's structure, service lines, key personnel, and policies and procedures and keep abreast of Firm updates and new information. You’ll be part of a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team sharing best practices. You will manage tasks independently or in teams, prioritizing and planning multiple tasks and projects in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring high quality and timely completion of work.

Your key responsibilities

Manage executive schedules including calendar and email management, travel arrangements and associated meetings

Manage processes related to reimbursable expenses and timesheets as required /directed by executives

Manage executive meetings, calls and projects in both virtual and in-person settings

Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendas in accordance with Firm branding policies

Manage documents on appropriate file servers and repositories

Coordinate internal and external events as required

Our preferred requirements for this role include:

An associate degree in related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of three to five years of related work experience as an Executive or Administrative

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook (calendar management)
