Minimum qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Experience being proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
Ability to be highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while still adhering to overall goals.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations to guidelines and preferences set by the business and executives.
