Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, and social).
- 3 years of experience in consumer-facing social media marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in program management or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with social media content publishing, calendaring, and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Airtable, YouTube Studio, other native channel platform tools, etc.
- Experience driving earned conversation on social media and in PR.
- Experience in a customer-facing or partnership role.
- Understanding of traditional social media channels and newer social entrants.
- Understanding of product positioning and marketing.
- Excellent investigative mindset with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills.
