Manages the release lifecycle which includes scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating releases to production/deployment across various tactics/channels, content production and distribution platforms and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversees risk identification, schedule management, and planning for releases. They communicate planned releases to stakeholders, providing activity status pre and post-deployment.
Managing priorities, conflicts, dependencies, and risks
Escalates issues to program leadership.
Responsible for identifying and managing release schedule, coordinating release activities, and communicate release plans to program stakeholders.
Drives release coordination and communication before, during and after deployment.
Communicate and plan for ongoing program wide deployments, testing events, go-live and post go-live readiness
Coordinates with external programs to understand potential upcoming release impacts.
Provides release updates and recommendations, with inputs from program stakeholders.

Understanding sector challenges and trends
Have experience in any one of the sectors like Consumer Products, Retail, Telecom, BFSI, Life Science or manufacturing
Supervision Responsibilities:
Must be able to work independently, complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, including coaching and training
Other Requirements:
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
