The Purpose of the Role

In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery ofengineering projects within the building automation industry, drivingoperational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement andinnovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manageengineering Salamtek program within the building automation industry and haveexperience with products across Fire / Security / BMS.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration withcross-functional teams like R&D, co-ideation, factories, ISC andEngineering.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, andresource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders toprovide project updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project managementprocesses and practices.
  Responsible for managing key clients and build relationshipswith critical regulatory authorities like MOI, MOH, NHC, Roshn, Civil Defense

• 12 – 15 + years of experience in engineering program management within the building automation industry (Fire / Security / BMS)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
• Corporatebackground so well versed in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Proven sales experience
• Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Proven effectiveness in a complex global environment
• Successful experience in a channel sales environment
• Excellent knowledge of the industries served
• MBA or Advanced Business Degree is preferred
• Prior leadership role, managing distributed teams
• Expertise in building business relationships
