Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day payroll operations for a set of assigned countries
- Execute payroll controls
- Create and implements internal procedures and business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
- Create and manage the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
- Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
- Manage and report control issues with transparency
Ideal background:
- degree
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- In-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Ability to identify policy gaps
- Another European language knowledge is a strong advantage (French, German, Spanish, Swedish)
