As an Associate on the Finance & Business Management team, you will be uniquely positioned to gain exposure to a global technology organization. You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders and geographic locations in a dynamic environment. You will have visibility into the Chief Technology Office ( CTO) , while having the opportunity to learn about complex products and delivering on key priorities. In this role you will work with the leadership team, responsible to explain financial performance and drivers of investments and expenses and advise on how best to execute on strategic and tactical goals. You will rely heavily on MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and craft narratives based on real-life activity to tell a story.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the CTO, CFO, and management team.
- Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Organize complex information into management-ready materials.
- Respond to executive-level ad-hoc requests, including presentations and financial updates.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product suite and infrastructure.
- Own current-state processes and identify weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Independently manage projects and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Corporate & Enablement Technology.
- Build and manage the annual budget and monthly reforecasting.
- Present monthly financial results and provide financial analysis and reporting.
- Act as a control gate for expense requests and analyze the total cost base.
