Job Description
Provides financial analyses related to Profit and Loss (PnL) trading of the Business Line, Underwriting, Stock Loan/Borrow, Repurchase & Reverse Repurchase Trading, and ad hoc analysis. Develops and maintains spreadsheets, linked spread sheets, and connected VBA modules for financial analysis and report generating. VBA, SQL, Python, Power Bi, Essbase, and complex Excel statements are daily functions used. Uses this information and prepares a variety of management presentations. Researches and resolves problems and errors in data from financial reporting systems (Phase 3/Bloomberg). May help in the development of financial reporting. May prepare interest rate pricing and forecasting information for use in asset and liability management. Financial and statistical data developed is used by management in policy setting and decision making. Environment is fast paced and requires critical thinking and process management decisions on a regular basis.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
- Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
