Description
Major responsibilities:Define project plans and schedules. Drive project execution.Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities.Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.Strong presentation and communication skills required.Understand and communicate complex, technical/Engineering issues.Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.Lead development budgets and engineering builds.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS + 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience as an Engineer or Program Manager in any of the following areas: hardware design, manufacturing, manufacturing automation EQ, or OCA/adhesive in module process
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and validated leadership ability, consistent track record of leading projects and delivering products on time.
  • Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skills, demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop and implement new processes.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Hands-on experience in working in display panel or module processes and its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display and Touch industry or other related industries.
  • Self-starter with proven track record to lead a project from lab scale development to high volume production.
  • Proven failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
  • Experience working with global supply chain.
  • A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
