Project Management : Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of key Product Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams.
Cross-functional Coordination : Act as the operational glue between Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, GTM, and Product/Engineering teams to drive seamless execution.
Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance speed, agility, and collaboration within Product Marketing and our cross-functional partners.
Operational Excellence : Develop and optimize workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance Product Marketing efficiency and impact.
Data & Insights : Build and manage reporting frameworks to measure Product Marketing effectiveness, product launch performance, and sales enablement impact.
Ownership : Keep leadership team informed of status and risk of owned programs and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
6-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in Program management roles
Demonstrated & progressive success in project management. You should be able to manage several projects at once and drive cross-functional stakeholders to action. Experience collaborating with teams across the company and working with global teams is a big plus.
Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and best practices.
Attention to detail and effective time management is key.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced culture and isn’t afraid of change and ambiguity as we build our global GTM Operations function.
PMP Certification is a plus; comfort with data and analyzing impact is a plus.
Experience leading transformational and strategic programs is a plus
Experience with CRM (Salesforce), project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Confluence), data orchestration tools (Workato, Zapier), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools (Snowflake).
