Your impact
In this role you will gain the opportunity to shape and build our
Digital & Dataproducts and services for our client’s projects and programmes whilst also supporting the growth and development of our emerging products, encouraging a product mindset. Accountable for key products within large complex initiatives that span multiple clients at different product lifecycle stages, you will work closely with all stakeholders to efine, plan, govern, to manage the product’s financial performance and to ensure that the product is embraced by its users.
Your remit will include:
- Lead the product strategy and vision, planning, shaping and management of products and product delivery.
- Take a matrix approach to managing delivery teams, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to create a team with a capability footprint that will exceed expectations.
- Support the product lifecycle across multiple teams and with varying team maturities and methodologies, to ensure a successful product.
- Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Jacobs and with third parties to gain their commitment, support, and resource to optimise products and services.
- Develop and implement lessons learned contiuous improvement led best practice inititiatives throughout the product development and roll out lifecycle, ensuring items are timeboxed as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Organisational Change Management to develop the change strategy for the product, including training and marketing materials to provide a complete customer service experience.
- Work with the Delivery Managers to drive effective KPIs, identify product effectiveness and adoption.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting post-implementation reviews, and seeking opportunities to enhance the product design and development process.
