In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with model risk management and oversight; ability to evaluate model risk along complexity, reliance, and materiality risk dimensions

  • Experience as a model developer or validator, or in a model oversight role

  • Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, such as regression analysis, time series analysis, multivariate analysis, and other supervised and unsupervised learning

  • Experience and knowledge with quantitative modeling tools

  • Understanding of a wide spectrum of operational risk and control areas

  • Knowledge of regulatory laws/guidance and/or compliance experience working on high-visibility strategic initiatives and/or regulatory programs/projects

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and lead discussions comfortably with senior levels of management

  • Proven ability to produce and publish clear and concise reports

  • Experience creating and managing policy and procedure requirements

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte, NC: $84,000 - $149,400

  • New York, NY: $100,800 - $179,200

  • San Francisco, CA: $100,800 - $179,200

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
