Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation and qualification through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead response.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, addressing legal, financial, and technical concerns effectively.
  • Conduct thorough discovery to analyze customer needs and present pre-packaged solutions and use-cases.
  • Maintain a rigorous pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and leverage customer insights to optimize offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our Inside Sales Iberia team. In this exciting role you will be responsible for outbound calling, selling PayPal’s extensive portfolio of customized payment solutions to meet our existing merchant’s business needs as well as to acquire new merchants. You will need to be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, have the ability to fully articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective merchants & lead throughout the sales cycle. Your success in this role will be measured by a set of KPIs and Sales Target Incentive program.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Follow a pre-defined sales process to learn and understanding the challenges that small and medium sized business owners face and recommending solutions based on their needs
  • Make outbound telephone sales of PayPal products to small, medium and large sized businesses (SMB). Making multiple outreaches daily and using your communication skills to fully articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective merchants and lead them through the salescycle.
  • Manage pipelines of existing and prospective client merchants to assist them in developing their ePayments solution strategy. Leverage and keep Salesforce updated
  • Acquire new merchants andcross-selling/upsellingto existing customers. Create value through a consultative selling approach. Demonstrating a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customersatisfaction
  • Stakeholder management and building relationships with key decision makers involved with the onboarding of your merchants through sales cycle
  • Gaining wide professional knowledge of the payments industry sector and demonstrate benefits to the merchant through a consultative selling approach

Job Requirements:

o Languages: fluent in Spanish and English

o IT Programs: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM experience is an advantage

o 3 year + experience in Inside Sales in an online or financial services or e-commerce environment.

o Results orientated with proven success in sales achievement

o Excellent communication skills

o Organization and self-motivated individual

o Strong telephone presence with experience in outbound calling

o Experience in managing a sales-based revenue forecast

o Interest in further career development

o Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment

o Results orientated towards productivity such as calls, talk time, self-prospection, pipeline management and forecasting
