What you'll do...

About Team:

  • We are an operations team that works 12 hour shifts. This is an permanent onsite position.
  • Work Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday night 7PM to 7AM and every third Saturday 7PM to 7AM.


What you'll do:

Able to Monitor batch flows and escalate if SLA will be missed.

Able to monitor the mainframe and open systems where we run our batch jobs, ensuring the systems are stable.


What you'll bring:

Mainframe experience is helpful but not required.

Control-M experience is helpful but not required.

Able to multi-task by using many different communications channels.

Knowledge of JCL(job control language).

How to type and take phone calls.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
