In this position...

You will be a project leader as part of a small, agile team supporting the President of Ford Integrated Services and its General Managers who are working to establish service businesses and grow them into a cohesive portfolio with transformative impact for our customers and our company. You will be a player / coach directing and collaborating on the work and deliverables of our project teams and owning workstreams for delivery yourself.
