Minimum Qualifications
- Proven Project Management skills including critical thinking, influencing, negotiation, time management, with the ability to analyse risk and drive mitigation plans.
- Ability to handle ambiguous information with agility and comfort.
- Ability to solve complex problems, by looking at different angles, probing, and finding effective and smart solutions.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and lead within the team.
- Proven ability to innovate and re-engineer processes.
- Create proficient presentations and be confident presenting at executive level.
- Ability to quickly and effectively respond to unexpected situations or challenges, making decisions, solving problems, and providing thoughtful and adaptive responses in real-time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working on regulatory and compliance-focused projects desirable
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning will be a distinct advantage
- PMP certification or proven experience managing complex projects.
- Keynote (powerpoint), Excel, Tableau, Wrike (or PM tool) would be an advantage
