The Role:

As anInside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing process-driven contact campaigns through a variety of channels including phone, emails and LinkedIn. By taking a consultative approach, you will help small and mid-sized business owners identify the right product that meets their needs.

You will be provided with prospect lists curated by our strategy team to target potential clients effectively. Your responsibility will be to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ramping client spend. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas while achieving target KPIs will be essential to your success in this role.

GeneralResponsibilities:

Execute outbound contact campaigns to reach small business owners from provided prospect lead lists.

  • Develop subject matter expertise on the Business Cards & Payment prospect’s needs

  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

  • Accurately and promptly record all sales-related activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system per a provided protocol.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Use judgment to identify the appropriate path to embark on with prospects and engage partners or leadership as needed

  • Work independently and seek out feedback and data to reflect on and improve your own performance

  • Consistent sales quota achievement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of sales or client development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • 2+ years of business to business sales experience

  • 2+ years of experience working within the financial payments industry

Plano, TX: $78,400 - $89,500 for Senior Associate, Inbound SalesThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
