Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop and execute product plans.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide product training and support to internal teams and key customers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Consumer Industry or Pharma/Health Care Industry.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA/ADO or Trello.
• Proficiency in data analysis and customer research techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• For consumer industry, experience with consumer-facing applications.
• For Pharma/Health Care Industry familiarity with GMP, GXP and other regulatory related processes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and customer experience best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
