Responsibilities:
Launch projects by partnering with stakeholders to define key milestones and definitions of done, designing and driving implementation plans through to completion
Drive and/or support multiple concurrent workstreams or projects through to completion including include change management principles and activities
Drive work based on defined priorities; maintain routines, scope of deliverables, timelines, and identify risks and issues and escalate as needed
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Collaborate with internal partners to drive work
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in project or process management
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership teams
2+ years of experience with associate experience or associate engagement roles
2+ years of experience in Change Management or Communications
