As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

• The position is responsible for full chip level timing constraints (STA) , power aware physical synthesis and formal verification Technical - Formal verification for RTL 2 gates and gates2gates- UPF 2.0 based power aware equivalence checking using Conformal.- Debugging PA-FV failures- Conformal ECO for doing complex functional ECOs.- Low power synthesis on smaller blocks and subsystems using DC/Genus, FC- Physical Aware synthesis-Timing Constraints, STA- UPF, LP checks, CLP Leader Ship abilities :

• Should be able to Lead a 5-6 member SoC FrontEnd Implementation Team, or contribute as individual contributor in one of the domains within.

• Mentor and guide Juniors on all technical aspects of SoC Timing , Block timing & Synthesis and PPA targets.

• Manage multiple stakeholders in the Project e.g. PD , DFT etc.

• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.2- 8 years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications - Candidate should be expert in debugging STA timing constraints - Should be able to handle conformal ECO generation independently.- power aware synthesis and physical aware synthesis.- Perl/tcl/Python scripting will a plus
