Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- Typically 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with system design and software development in C, C++ or RUST.
- Experience with safety requirements validation and verification for subsystems as well as integrated system-level components.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Candidates will typically have 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Typically 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
- Experience in software development with embedded Linux, Microdroid and RTOS such as QNX, INTEGRITY, VxWorks and RTLinux.
- Experience with safety relevant development processes (e.g., defense, medical, automotive).
- Experience in ISO26262 and SOTIF.
