As an experienced project manager, you will thrive at managing complex programs that have direct implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. The role requires a strong grasp of the big picture as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage partners, and stakeholders. You'll work closely with colleagues across Payments product, service, operations, and technology to identify business impacts and establish plans to improve processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, actionable, and targeted service readiness strategy around changes to people, processes, and applications
  • Apply a structured approach and methodology for client or employee-impacting change including communication plans, stakeholder plans, training plans
  • Participate in the Project Lifecycle to understand the project objective and be able to capture/document required actions and potential impacts of moving from current to future state

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a financial industry
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize across tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to create effective presentations and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
