Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers at all levels
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders
  • Travel within Mexico as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or similar role in the Mexican market
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Experience on IT Distribution market and eCommerceExperience on IT Distribution market and eCommerce
  • Willingness to travel within Mexico as neededWillingness to travel within Mexico as needed
  • Must be proficient in English

SKILLS:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of Mexican business culture, practices, and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
