Provide thought leadership for Distributed & Web technical solutions for ICG business.
Collaborate with client managers, project managers, applications and infrastructure teams to plan and coordinate changes.
Manage technical deliverables for projects, patching according to high quality standards.
Establish and maintain effective incident contact procedures.
When incident contact procedures do not work, act as primary escalation for problems and incidents.
Resolve problems/projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents.
Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post implementation activities.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications
Ability to communicate well across all levels (written and verbally) in English
Experience with at least 2 of fallowing products: Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere ND, Apache, Tomcat, OHS, IHS, nginx, IIS.
Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX
Knowledge of Load Balancing solutions
Solid grasp and experience supporting complex, high-availability services
SiteMinder SSO knowledge will be an advantage
Familiarization with customer service techniques and the principles of ITIL
Experience of working in a large Data Centre environment will be an advantage
BSc/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
