  • Proven experience in Unified Communications Migrations for large global enterprises

  • Solid understanding of cloud concepts

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Enterprise Mobility Services, System Center Configuration Manager and Intune and other technologies related to Workspace Productivity Services

  • Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations

  • Strong understanding of networks and relatedWAN/LAN

  • Strong understanding ofTCP/IPand Network communications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologiesrequiredfor thispositionaplus

  • Level understanding of telephony carrier integration

  • High-Level understanding of complex dial-plans

  • High-Level understanding of Emergency Services integration

  • Strong understanding of Quality of Servics

  • Strong understanding ofVoice-Over-IP solutions

  • Strong understanding ofSIP and global SIP deployments

  • Strong understanding ofITIL

  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with other senior architects within the organization

  • possessstrong Project management andprovideproven ability to buildaccurateproject timelines and deliver on-time projects.

  • Ability and willingness to take direction from the Service Delivery Manager and Client Executives
