What you’ll be doing:

  • Grow our number of partners in the wider Cologne area
  • Reach out to restaurants by calling or walking in, and get to talk to the decision-makers
  • Get to know them and pitch our value proposition to make them understand how joining Uber Eats would benefit them
  • Negotiate deals with top partners to secure exclusive agreements
  • Once signed, onboard new partners and make sure they have everything they need for them to start getting orders
  • Be responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting to onboarding and monitoring early success

About you:

  • Ideally, you already have experience in Sales (field/outbound/Aussendienst is a plus)
  • You’re willing to drive 1-2 times a week to visit prospects. We don’t provide a company car but cover your travel costs of course
  • You are fluent in German and English. If you speak more languages, that’s a plus

  • You’re a natural at making connections and communicating well, whether in person or on the phone

  • You’re energetic and enjoy calling prospects and showing up at their location
  • You have a positive attitude you are not discouraged by rejection
  • You’re keen to join Uber Eats at a pivotal moment in our history to accelerate our growth in NRW
