The poisition will work closely with JV Chinese Partner to lead Zhe You Joint Venture business management and development. The role will collaborate closely with UOP China team and UOP global line of businesses to align resources and opportunities and shape priorities for accelerating growth.
Key Accountablitlies
• Develop Zhe You business Strategy and own the execution.
• Develop sustainable business, operations and support models to scale the busienss.
• Represent UOP to engage ZPC key leaders and support One UOP success in ZPC
• Coordindate strategic growth plans by partnering with all verticals.
• Provide adequate infrastructure and support in compliance with local policies/practices, processes and standard operating procedures.
• In conjunction with Finance manage budget, cost and critical investment to achieve business growth target.
• Lead roll out, flow down and coordination of Honeywell initatives and UOP Strategy.
• Provide daily oversight to local employees, and own the talent development, retention and engagement.
• Lead organization capablity and talent strategy including Management resource review, succession pipeline to build exceptional talents.
• Be responsbile for culture and working envoirnment in the JV team, drive I&D culture, performance culture, innovation and entrepreneurial.
• Lead MOS of the JV site, ensure communications across teams in China UOP, in global orgnaization and with Chinese Partners.
• Represent Zhe You business interest to internal and external.Requirement
• Strong understand of what the market needs, can conceptualize and communicate local business / market needs.
• Track records in building/creating business, product lines, solutions.
• Understanding of UOP related offerings, and manufacturing industry.
• Technical know-how of product development; exposure to R&D
• Working expereince in MNC on Managmential roles; Experience of leading team.
• Bachelor or Master degree. MBA is a Plus.
