KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase visibility and drive action across the wholesale Delivery Note (DN) pool
- Oversee DN conversion to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Escalate and resolve DN and Purchase Order (PO) issues to minimize disruptions and maintain flow
- Identify opportunities to pull forward orders and improve delivery timelines
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to reduce dwell time, improve service levels, and optimize outbound processes

- Deep understanding of supply chain principles and wholesale order management
- Ability to analyze complex data and uncover actionable insights
- Experience with DN conversion, outbound logistics, and DC operations
- Familiarity with KPIs such as dwell time, SLA performance, backlog, and OTIF
- Skilled in resolving supply chain issues and improving process efficiency
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Planning/Forecasting
- Proficient in ERP (SAP), WMS systems, MS Office, Power BI, and SQL
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Solid grasp of logistics terminology, finance basics, and cross-functional collaboration
