KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to increase visibility and drive action across the wholesale Delivery Note (DN) pool
• Oversee DN conversion to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Escalate and resolve DN and Purchase Order (PO) issues to minimize disruptions and maintain flow
• Identify opportunities to pull forward orders and improve delivery timelines
• Monitor performance metrics and take action to reduce dwell time, improve service levels, and optimize outbound processes

• Deep understanding of supply chain principles and wholesale order management

• Experience with DN conversion, outbound logistics, and DC operations
• Familiarity with KPIs such as dwell time, SLA performance, backlog, and OTIF
• Skilled in resolving supply chain issues and improving process efficiency

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Planning/Forecasting
• Proficient in ERP (SAP), WMS systems, MS Office, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Solid grasp of logistics terminology, finance basics, and cross-functional collaboration
