Expectations and Tasks:
Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues. Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Provide application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing, and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-) systems.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Work Experience:
Position requires prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:
• Java, J2EE, JSP and XML;
• JavaScript;
• HTML and CSS;
• SQL;
• Algorithms and Data Structures;
• Apache tomcat server;
• Scrum;
• Linux and bash;
• Internet network protocols and service;
• Knowledge and practice of software system and application performance improvement;
• Splunk; and
• Software application defect solving process.

Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted.
