Roles and Responsibilities:

• Annotate clinical data, including medical records, lab and image reports, medication information, and other healthcare-related documents.

• Review and validate annotated data to maintain high standards of quality.

• Collaborate with AI Scientists and Engineers to ensure accurate and consistent data labeling.

• Assist in developing annotation guidelines and protocols.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred) in a healthcare-related field (MD equivalent preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the medical field.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.

• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and apply understanding to various clinical scenarios including but not limited to: clinical decision support to patient care, clinical trial, clinical research, quality improvement, etc.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting timelines and prioritizing workload based upon customer needs and business considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in clinical annotation or similar roles.

• Experience with data annotation tools and software.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare data.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
