Roles and Responsibilities:
Annotate clinical data, including medical records, lab and image reports, medication information, and other healthcare-related documents.
Review and validate annotated data to maintain high standards of quality.
Collaborate with AI Scientists and Engineers to ensure accurate and consistent data labeling.
Assist in developing annotation guidelines and protocols.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred) in a healthcare-related field (MD equivalent preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the medical field.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and apply understanding to various clinical scenarios including but not limited to: clinical decision support to patient care, clinical trial, clinical research, quality improvement, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting timelines and prioritizing workload based upon customer needs and business considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in clinical annotation or similar roles.
Experience with data annotation tools and software.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare data.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
