Your role:
Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share / share of wallet through funnel management and order intake
Act as a single point for strategic accounts and own relationships. Communicate, align and work across departments to execute on the account strategy
Analyze account status to understand the accounts and specific activity leveraging the funnel into larger bulk buy and standardization opportunities
Responsible for Account funnel, forecast and AOP performance through preparation and execution account plan
Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
Drives continuous improvement via Lean.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree with over 5+ years of solid experience in sales/ business development, experience in medical device or healthcare related information technology industry is required.
Ability to formulate strategies and concepts.
Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
