As a Product Delivery Associate within the Card Lending Product Team, you will facilitate the launch of products and features by overcoming challenges. Being a budding member of our team, you will collaborate across the organization to ensure our product consistently delivers value. This role also provides an opportunity to acquire skills and experience for your professional growth.
Job responsibilities
  • Establish key project milestones inclusive of product discovery, design, build, UAT and production implementation activities
  • Drive project execution of product initiatives
  • Maintain an ongoing repository of key project artifacts
  • Identify and resolve key project risks, issues and impediments utilizing agreed upon escalation frameworks and mitigation tactics
  • Create transparent and accurate project plan schedules and updates on project status; socialize plans and updates with all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, coordinate, sequence and manage dependencies. Help remove impediments for the team which includes facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, etc
  • Manage constraints throughout the project – Time, Scope & Quality in partnership with the product owner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience and Agile experience
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies ,project management techniques, principles, and best practices
  • Ability to define and map key project deliverables and milestones
  • Experience in defining and building out cross-functional engagement models
  • Capable of adjusting and reacting to evolving business priorities
  • Committed to building partnerships to drive alignment and finalize key decisions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to be coached and accept, understand and implement feedback received
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Familiarity with credit card lending products
  • Bachelor degree preferred
