As a Project Manager within the Strategy, Marketing and Deposit Analytics team in Small Business Bank, you will be a key driver of strategic projects that directly support Business Banking key objectives. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. In this role, you will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, driving both large and small projects and working with key stakeholders across teams in Small Business Bank, Retail, Commercial, Risk and HR to help meet our strategic needs. General Responsibilities:
Work on both larger more complex projects and smaller internal key projects that have a direct impact on our line of business
Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
Conduct and lead recurring project meetings with the project team; document progress, next steps and provide report outs to the team and stakeholders on project status
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Build a network of key partners and forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project progress and delivery
Be a well managed associate for your project teams, calling out areas of risk and identifying ways to improve and streamline business process
Leverage communication skills, outlining project communication plans, and writing and creating banker materials and launch communications where needed
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
The person will:
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Have a clear focus on driving results and meeting project deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of experience in financial services
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of Project Management experience
1+ year of experience in Small Business Banking
1+ year of experience working with Small Business Deposit Products
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
