Sales & Partnership Manager-Mobile Apps (Personal Health/Mother & Child
Your role:
- You’ll lead the end-to-end sales processes across core advertising and government partnership initiatives to drive revenue, expand reach, and strengthen Pregnancy+’s position as a trusted resource for maternal health.
- Own prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with brands (e.g. Babylist, Amazon, eBay), media agencies, and healthcare advertisers
- Identify and engage key buyers across parenting, CPG, wellness, and healthcare categories
- Translate audience’s insights and ad products into compelling proposals and deliver measurable results
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction through cross-team collaboration
- Partner with Government Sales Managers to pursue and win state contracts supporting public health.
- Develop proposals leveraging case studies, campaign data, and user insights to highlight platform impact
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pregnancy+’s reach, engagement and value to public health.
- Help position Pregnancy+ as a leading ally in maternal care through innovative advertising and partnership strategies.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5 +years’ experience in digital media or mobile ad sales experience, ideally with healthcare, pharma, or parenting/CPG verticals (with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's)
- Your skills include a deep understanding of media planning and buying, comfortable working with data and insights to build compelling narratives and tailoring pitches and messages to diverse audiences.
- You have a proven track record in full-cycle sales – from outreach to contract close and are an excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Marketing Technology or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are digitally fluent, with the ability to translate product nuances into clear, impactful stories and answer technical or strategic questions with confidence. (Familiar with the Medicaid ecosystem, public health systems, or government procurement is desired, not required)
- Overnight travel approximately 10%-20% per month

Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary + target incentive payouts. Target Earning potential is $130,000 to $170,000, annually plus bonus. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
