Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience integrating EHS into project plans and managing EHS aspects of projects.
- Experience in EHS for construction projects and implementing safety protocols on-site.
- Experience in data center environments and ensuring safe data center operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in EHS management, with a focus on construction projects in remote and challenging environments.
- Experience working in international organizations at scale.
- Experience working on the contracting, client, and developer sides of construction projects.
- Experience with due diligence, site acquisition, design localization and construction hand over.
- Knowledge of international EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
