Sales & Marketing Administrator, Partner Management – Buffalo Grove, IL/Parsippany, NJ

This role will provide operational support for sales and marketing teams that requires being highly organized, a good communicator and ability to manage complex processes related to account management, procurement, and channel program execution.

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, Partner Management, you will

  • Providing administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams for employee onboarding/offboarding, employee needs (shipping, travel, supplies, device management, etc)
  • Supporting customer onboarding/offboarding process for sales channels across all systems and tools
  • Maintaining channel customer databases and reports as applicable
  • Opening purchase orders and serves as liaison with procurement teams and assists with troubleshooting vendor issues that may arise
  • Supporting co-op program, promotions and Northbound Club including handling customer inquiries and escalation processes and provide territory managers program status updates
  • Supporting Team and Customer meeting process in Buffalo Grove, IL and Parsippany, NJ office locations.
  • Supporting other responsibilities as necessary as business needs may arise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an admin in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience interacting with all levels of management and external customers
  • Demonstrated Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft applications required
  • Demonstrated Ability to work with highly sensitive / confidential information
  • Demonstrated Excellent problem solver with demonstrated ability to research solutions
  • Demonstrated Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
  • Reports to Building Products Marketing Director with dotted line reporting to Building Products Comfort Sales Head

You’ll benefit from:

The pay range for this position is $43,000-$93,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
